What to expect
The exact flow varies within this general outline
We meet online in Zoom and begin with a brief opening “circle” - some breathing together or short somatic exercise. After opening circle we divide the remaining time equally and everyone gets a chance to share what’s alive in them.

Who can attend
All of us ND folks!
Open to all of the ways we can by neurodiverse: ADHD, autism, brain injury, HSP, savant, Downs, dissociation, social anxiety, etc. The main requirement is bringing your empathy.
Anyone who identifies as neurodivergent or is curious if maybe they are, is welcome to attend.
