Looking for a place to offer your virtual events, or get feedback on new events you want to offer before going public with it?

Stellar Villagers are invited to offer their live events, workshops, presentations, affinity groups or other group gatherings here in Stellar Village as a Member-Led Offering!

Please note: to propose and carry out an MLO, you must be a Stellar Village Member. Guest Pass holders are not eligible to lead an offering but are welcome to attend Member-Led Offerings!

  • Step 1. Propose your event or offering.


    Inside the course player there's an event proposal form. Complete the form and we will get back to you within a week to further discuss your event.

  • Step 2. Confirm a date to put on your event.


    Once your form is submitted, we will get back to you via email to discuss the details of your event.

    We will ask about the timing of your event: what day and time you want it to be, and if you want it to be a repeating event. Once the date is confirmed we will put it on our main events calendar.

    We will also ask you to review and agree to our Community Guidelines and Agreements, and we ask that you share them at your event.

  • Step 3. Share your event details with your community, if desired.

    Depending on availability (and if you want us to), we can make a social media announcement about your event. We'd also invite you to share the details with your friends, family, and community to encourage attendance.

    They can attend with a Guest Pass (and of course, they could also become members).

Yes, Stellar Village Members are the only folks permitted to hold a Member-Led Offering. 

Members and Guest Pass holders are welcome to attend. Guest Passes are free!

We're not a super-secret exclusive club. That would be a strange way to go about nourishing belonging. We want you to contribute. If you're not a member yet, here's how to become a member.

We do not compensate members for facilitating Member-Led Offerings, as they are meant to contribute to the web of knowledge-sharing and provide use of a Zoom space to gather in for no cost to either the host or participant.

Members are invited to propose any ideas of a group gathering that they can facilitate - and dream big! 

It could be a workshop where valuable skills are shared, a discussion on a shared interest, a meetup for folks with shared identities or any other group gathering! 

The sky is the limit! Maybe not even the sky, because we are, after all, a village of stars. If you are wondering if you're idea would be a good fit and want to chat before submitting a proposal, email us at [email protected]

Members can propose an event for any day or time. We encourage members to hold events at times that they believe will be accessible to participants.

What does the village need that you're passionate about bringing?

Here are some ideas for member-led Zoom sessions that would be helpful to have in the Stellar Village community.

  • Affinity groups: Neurosparkly, Vivacious Elders, PGM/BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, women, men, genderqueer (Any of these could be more specific, especially as we grow).

  • Co-working sessions for accountability & fun: tidying, book writing, cooking, workshop creation, art, etc.

  • Hybrid events: workshops, community song weaves, discussions, etc.

  • Action Support: Ongoing discussion to encourage individual direc contact with reality, like local actions beyond land acknowledgements, specific ways to show up for community, etc.

  • Activities & practices: Busy hands + discussion (puzzles, crochet, knitting, etc.), conscious speed dating, somatic practices, etc.

  • Discussions & workshops: Relational skills, money-saving tips, time management, mindful sex, conflict resolution, intentional communities, lucid dreaming, diversity, sustainability, etc.

  • Cross-listed events: Events you're hosting elsewhere that you want to offer for free to Stellar Village members. This may be because you want more attendees or you really want this community to benefit from the information, for example.
